{"id":3548,"date":"2023-11-17T12:38:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-17T11:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/konkursi-mku.dev.webfalcon.me\/?p=3548"},"modified":"2025-11-11T12:28:31","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T11:28:31","slug":"javni-poziv-za-izbor-dva-clana-nezavisne-komisije-za-raspodjelu-sredstava-iz-podfonda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/demo.gogrant.me\/en\/javni-poziv-za-izbor-dva-clana-nezavisne-komisije-za-raspodjelu-sredstava-iz-podfonda\/","title":{"rendered":"Public call for the election of two members of the Independent Commission for the distribution of funds from the sub-fund"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--8)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer section-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Article 7 of the Rulebook on the distribution of funds for print media and online publications (\"Official Gazette of Montenegro\", no. 125\/2021 and 89\/2023), the Ministry of Culture and Media announces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PUBLIC CALL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>for the election of two members of the Independent Commission for the distribution of funds from the sub-fund for daily and weekly print media and online publications&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ministry of Culture and Media invites all interested persons to apply to become members of the Independent Commission for the distribution of funds from the sub-fund for daily, weekly print media and online publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The expressions used in this Public Call for natural persons in the masculine gender imply the same expressions in the feminine gender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--8)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer section-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Members of the Independent Commission cannot be persons who<\/strong>in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-930feb06 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>owners of shares, shareholders, members of management bodies, employees, persons under contract, etc., who have an interest in legal entities engaged in the production, broadcasting and\/or distribution of media content (printed, audiovisual, internet publications);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persons who are spouses of the persons mentioned in point 1 or are related to them by blood in the direct line, regardless of the degree of kinship, and in the collateral line up to the second degree of kinship; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persons who have been appointed twice consecutively as members of the Independent Commission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--8)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer section-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Persons who have can apply for the public call<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>VII1 level of educational qualifications and five years of work experience in the field of media;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montenegrin citizenship and residence in Montenegro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--8)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer section-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required documentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-930feb06 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>diploma or certificate of completed VII1 level of education qualification;
