Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Proceeding from the legal assumptions that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
    \n
  • cultural asset is any immovable, movable and intangible asset that has been determined to be of permanent historical, artistic, scientific, archaeological, architectural, anthropological, technical or other social importance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • is the protection of cultural assets of public interest;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • everyone has the right to, under equal conditions, individually or collectively, use cultural goods, for the purpose of participation in cultural life, enjoyment, scientific progress or other benefit arising from it, as well as to contribute to its enrichment and preservation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • every physical and legal person, including religious communities, is obliged to respect the cultural assets of others, in the same way as their own;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the State is obliged to ensure the protection and preservation of all cultural assets located on its territory;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • are owners and holders of cultural assets, including religious communities, are obliged to preserve, respect, maintain and properly use the cultural assets they own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The Ministry of Culture and Media invites all interested parties to submit ideas and proposals, with the aim of improving the state of cultural assets, as well as their promotion and valorization.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In this way, the Ministry will determine the List of priority programs and projects, which will be the basis for the adoption of the Program for the Protection and Preservation of Cultural Property for the year 2024 (hereinafter: the Program for the Protection for the Year 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In accordance with the above, the Ministry of Culture and Media announces the Public Competition for the co-financing of projects and programs in the field of cultural heritage through the Protection Program for 2024.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The selected proposals will be included in the competition for co-financing projects of the Protect Program for the year 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            During the duration of the Public Call, three Info days <\/em>will be organized for interested parties in the regions of the municipalities (southern, central and northern regions), in cooperation with representatives of the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Property and the Ju Center for Conservation and Archeology of Montenegro, and that all interested parties will be informed about the exact date and venue via the Ministry's website and other relevant sources of information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
